Online Stores enters top 500 online retailers at #378
With sales of $12,344,458 for 2006, Online Stores Inc was placed at #378 in the 2007 guide to the Top 500 Internet Retailers, published by www.internetretailer.com. Sales for 2006 were up 41% from 2005. This is the first time that Online Stores has appeared on the list. The list includes the web site sales of large retailers like www.Walmart.com, www.Staples.com and www.JCPenny.com, as well as etailers like www.Amazon.com. The Internet 500 accounts for 60% of the $136.2 billion in online sales in 2006, most of the rest is www.ebay.com .
